I was really (pleasantly) surprised by the size of the source code, seeing the projection mapped video of this made me think it was way more complicated. Can you post the “small_mask.jpg” image your code refers to so we can play around?

You can replace “small_mask.jpg” with any high-contrast b/w image. The code takes the blacks from the image (or is it the whites) and uses them to mask off the anim.

where is the source code?
